From your book collection , which book is in the worst condition?
I came across my copy of 101 Dalmatians that I have had since a child. It is wavy from being read in the bath , the pages are aged but it has tiny little teeth marks along the spine from my Jack Russel when she was a puppy...she's long gone but it makes that book and it's condition all the more poignant.
So what reason do you have for your most tatty but loved book?
I have an old book of cars from past to present. The 'present' being 1987!
The pictures aren't photos of the cars but drawings, the coolest one is the Audi Quattro because they've drawn it in full Rally Car livery. But there's loads of cool drawings of rare cars with a little description next to the picture and a spec list.
Coffee stains, grubby finger prints, and strange sticky bits on the cover. The spine isn't in too good a shape though.
It cost £2 in 1987, all of my pocket money.
