Why is this happening when I try to save files?
Whenever I try to save a file, most often video ones, it gives the option to Find, as well as Save and Cancel. This has never happened to me before until today.
When I try to Save the file, it prompts me to do a Windows Live Search, which simply brings me back to the original origin of the fild download. When I try to Find, nothing happens at all. I am not sure what is causing this to happen, and any help would be appreciated.
Some specific sites would include heroscapers.com, gamereplays.org, gametrailers.com, gamespot.com, ign.com, redsox.com, and 1up.com .
I have not seen this before, but it sounds like you go to a lot of gaming sites and may have picked up some bad code. I suggest that you do a thorough check of your PC with good anti-spyware and also run a virus check.
If you are using Windows XP you may want to restore your system to an earlier date before this problem started.
