why cant i just do it? please help!?
Ok, i am a 15 years old boy, im 5.8, im 118 pounds, and i train and weight lift every second night, and i think i am strong enough, i also know lethal defense tactics and i have alot of endurance to pain , my father was a soldier lol.
but the problem i got is i cant win in most fights, it isnt because i am not strong enough, it is because i go easy on my foe. Evertime i fight, i dont use my self defense tactics and i dont use all my strength because i am afraid i am gonna harm badly that person, and this gets me beaten by that person who is weaker then me. This make me lose my confidence and make people think i am weak, even though the person that won is much more weaker then me! 
i know this sounds very weird but i cant get over it, how can i cross that line which prevents me from showing my true strength? should i go into a rage and beat the f##k out of the person trying to fight me? i am feeling terrible please help.
Turn your fears into oppurtunities. You fear harming the person who you are fighting. Make a goal to conquer this fear.
For example, when asked how he hit so many home runs, Babe Ruth said he looked at the opposing pitchers not as an enemy but as a partner helping him to become a better player.
Use the time you take fighting the opponent, to try out your best punch, kick or self defense tactics and use all you've got. That's how you become the best.
