Comic Book Character Battles XXI Marvel and DC (Round 4). Can you explain to me who wins?
I will be posting 6 battles periodically until the outcome is resolved. Battles may include Marvel and DC. Single Elimination.**Neutral Area, Abandoned Planet**.(NO ADVANCED POWERS such as King Thor or Cosmic Spiderman etc.) My friend and I have similar outcomes in each bracket, but it's nice to get different opinions. "So please validate you're opinions on who wins and why with a sentence explanation or more for each battle". {Most descriptive and logical answers get the points.}
All combatants have access to their normal equipment and weapons:
All combatants have 1 hour prep time:
1.) Batman vs Gideon
2.) Mystique vs Psylocke
3.) Ultron vs Cable
4.) Quasar vs Silver Surfer
5.) Darkseid vs Apocalypse
6.) Superman vs Dr. Strange
Batman, Gideon is mutant who can copy other mutants powers. Bruce we all know is not a mutant. Now he is able to mimic any skill of anyone he sees. But to mimic Bruce's moves in fighting it'd have to be done first. So batman has the to perform the moves. In the end Batman busts out the Legacy Virus from his utility belt and that kills Gideon.
I read on wiki that Mystique has some resistance to telepathy if this is the case then she wins this battle hands down. With her hand to hand combat skills and her excellent skills in strategy. I read her bio on Marvel and didn't find anything that suggested that to be true though. If its not true then again Psylocke shuts Raven down before she can do anything.
Cable, he has the ability of technopathy, so he can control machines which is what Ultron is. He has to be able to shut Ultron all the way down though. Ultron has the adamantium cover that Cable wouldn't be able to break. If he can't do this then Ultron takes Cable apart.
Quasar, with his bands he can tap and redirect Silver Surfer's energy. He then sends Silver Surfer to the Quantum Zone. Quasar with those bands are tough to handle. I don't see SS overcoming lossing some or his powers and all of Quasars
WOW, imo the best supervillains from both universes!!! Love this match up. Wow both are immortal and both are strong, durable, agile, and smart at extraordinary levels! I have to take Apocalypse, he has a strong healing factor, teleportation, flight and energy manipulation so Darkseid's Omega Effect wouldn't help against him. What an awesome fight though!
Superman can be affected by magic i believe. And thats what Dr. Strange is all about. If this were to be an actual fist fight then there is no way the man of steel loses. But if Dr. Strange can stop Clark before that with some sort of magic then he has to take this fight. That Vishanti is powerful, but if i'm forced to pick against the man of steel its gotta be some one thats beaten him before and knows how to do it again.
