Good Iron Palm Books?
Hi,
I understand that the best way to understand and learn the techniques of iron palm are from a good instructor. I believe I can do this, however I would also like to have a book just to reference too and learn from.
Can anyone tell me the best book for iron palm? Ultimate Iron Palm is supposedly quite good but any opinions would be appreciated.

If you insist on doing this then no one can stop you. The books are designed to be supplements to the trainng you receive from a qualified instructor, not stand alone teaching guides.
I'd say you have about a 80% chance of injuring yourself without guidance and about a 60% chance of learning to do it right. If you are willing to take your chances, then good luck. 
My only advice that you should absolutely follow is to find a good "Dit dat jao" linament. A traditional herbal remedy that is used to prevent damage. Without that then you won't retain the softness and sensitivity in the hands that you need for other techniques. Sure you may develop the iron palm but you'll lose more than you gain.
